Cake Creations by Sophie 

My name is Sophie, I'm 17 years old and I've been baking for as long as I can remember. I'm completely self-taught. I specialize in cakes and cupcakes because that is what I've had the most practice with. I improve more and more every time I make something and I'm sure I'll always have room for improvement. I make cakes for everyone in my family's birthdays. I even made my own sweet 16 cake. I hope I can make some awesome cake creations for people, Baked goods are pretty good at making people smile and that's all I hope to do.
